We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund on most new, unopened items within [15] days of delivery receipt. Certain items may be excluded from returns, such as perishable goods, customized products, or gift cards. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hawkeyeoutdoorliving.com within the return window. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions for a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within [7] business days.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to the following:

  • Items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect
